DATUK REDZA RAFIQ ABDUL RAZAK

Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak is the Chief Executive of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNPk), Perak’s lead agency for economic and socio-economic development, and Executive Chairman of Majuperak Holdings Berhad. With over 30 years of experience in economic development, regional planning, and property investment, he has played a pivotal role in major national initiatives, including Cyberjaya, the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER), Malaysia Vision Valley, the Special Border Economic Zone, and the Pagoh Special Economic Zone. Renowned for his strategic leadership and organisational transformation expertise, Datuk Redza successfully turned Cyberview Sdn Bhd into a consistently profitable organisation, making it one of the Malaysian Government’s top dividend contributors. He also spearheaded Cyberfusion 2009, earning Cyberjaya a Guinness World Record and represented Malaysia’s Shared Value initiatives to global leaders, including Hillary Clinton and Professor Michael Porter. His achievements include recognition by PEMANDU as Malaysia’s best regional development corridor project implementer, the Tokoh Cemerlang Award and an Honorary Doctorate in Economics from Universiti Malaysia Perlis, and the Innovative Planning Award from the Malaysian Institute of Planners. In 2025, he was conferred the Officer in the Order of the Crown by King Philippe of Belgium for advancing the Lumut Maritime Industrial City through international strategic collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Business (Hons) from the University of Hull and serves on the boards of several major corporations.
