Distinguished Professor of Al and Humanities, CamTech University & Senior Minister of Cambodia
Professor Kieth Rethy Chemm is a distinguished medical doctor, scientist, educator, historian, and former senior United Nations diplomat with an internationally acclaimed career spanning medicine, science, higher education, public policy, and diplomacy. He currently serves as Senior Minister of Cambodia and is an Advisory Board Member of the Institute of ASEAN Studies, University of Oxford. In 2025, he was awarded the prestigious Dr. Nagai Memorial Peace Award. Professor Chemm holds an MD, a PhD in Education, and a PhD in History. He has authored more than 200 scientific publications, co-authored 25 textbooks, and delivered keynote addresses in over 70 countries. His academic appointments include professorships at leading institutions in Canada (McGill University), Singapore (National University of Singapore), Austria (Medical University of Vienna), and Japan, specialising in radiology
